Born on August 17th 1970 in Skopje. Graduated at the Faculty for Technology and Metallurgy at the University of “SS. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, whereas presently she is enrolled at the postgraduate studies for Strategic Management at the European Center for Peace and Development, within the University of Peace at the UN. She has been employed in MCIC since 1998 and has 10 years of experience in building organizational capacities through consultations at various topics, training development and delivery. Her key qualifications are the following: Project/Programme cycle management, projects/programmes’ monitoring and evaluation, organizational assessment and analyses, strategic planning, organizational development, human resources development, presentation and facilitation skills.
