He was born on October 26th 1975. In Skopje. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Tirana. Presently he is enrolled at the postgraduate management studies at the University of South-East Europe - Tetovo. He has been employed in MCIC since 1999, responsible for capacity building. He has acquired, for the last 10 years, vast experience in project cycle management, training and consultancy delivery in Macedonia and region. He has been working with various target groups, however, his focus is training delivery for CSOs as well as chambers of commerce and religious communities. He has been responsible for well over 100 projects and has delivered more than 170 training events and consultations. Mr. Bytyqi has vast experience in training/consultancy delivery, trainers/consultants coordination in implementation of various interventions for capacity building. Due to its recognized trainings and consulting, he has been included in several missions for evaluation in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. Last year he was actively involved in training delivery for access to EU funds in the region, such as: Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo. His key qualifications pertain to organizational development (Project Cycle Management, Log Frame, Monitoring and Evaluation, Financial Sustainability), as well as training and consultancy delivery for purpose of strategic planning.
