MCIC’ consultants possess significant experience in training and consultancy delivery, as well as appropriate experience in certain areas (minimum of 3 years). They have advanced skills for training and consultancy delivery as well as practical experience which enables them, besides standard training, to deliver and conduct tailor-made consultations, specifically adjusted to the demands of the beneficiaries.

The MCIC’ team of consultants is versatile, in terms of gender and ethnical background, which provides added value and contributes to mainstreaming of issues, such as gender and cultural diversification.

MCIC team can conduct consultations and training in Macedonian, Albanian, English language, as well as in other regional languages.

MCIC enables development of its team of consultants, by perpetually upgrading their knowledge and skills, as well as through monitoring the international trends in the particular area, through visiting trainings and seminars. The consultants who are part of MCIC staff have undergone intensive training in the areas of their specialty, provided by prominent international consultancies: Management for Development Foundations – Holland, INTRAC – Great Britain, etc.
