Born on April 13, 1966 in Skopje. Graduated at the Medical Faculty in Skopje. Married to Ana and father of two children, Angelina and Nikola. Has 20-year long experience on managing positions in the civil society sector. At the end of the Eighties and beginning the Nineties he was the leader of the Macedonian Medical Students Association (MMSA) and the Student Union of the “Ss. Kiril and Metodij” University. In 1993, he was one of the founders and from 1994 until 2011 he was executive director of the Macedonian Centre for International Cooperation. From 1998 to 2008 he is the representative of the Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation. Member of several committees in the country and abroad, including the Governing Board of “Transparency Macedonia”. He is Vice-president of the Business Council of University American College Skopje. He is first Co-chair of the EU – Republic of Macedonia Civil Society Joint consultative committee for the period 2009/2010. He has a deep understanding and knowledge of civil society in Macedonia. Hi has experience in the Balkans as well as in Caucus (Georgia) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan). Knowledgeable and skillful in the following areas: sector analysis, analysis of organizations and management, capacity development, advocacy, conflict management and post-conflict response.
